FAMILY DISAPPEARED PODCAST

Episode 3: Recovery tools for parental alienation, estrangement & erasure

DESCRIPTION: Do you find yourself struggling to stay present with yourself and others? Are you getting really negative responses to your texts, emails, or in-person conversations? Do you feel that some days are just too hard, and you don’t know how you will make it through to the end of the day? Well, that was all true for me. I’m Lawrence Joss, host of “Family Disappeared” – a podcast about healing yourself from the pain of family alienation. I felt hopeless, isolated, lonely, and confused. I was desperate, to be quite honest. The gift of desperation allowed me to begin my journey of recovery from family alienation. If you haven’t done so yet, please check out my first two episodes, which provide some context to my personal story. In today’s third episode, I will be sharing some of the incredibly useful tools that saved my life.

SHOWNOTES:

“And what tribal knowledge is, is that there’s a lot of people that have gone through a lot of different things at different times in their lives, and they have information on how they got through stuff, or how they messed stuff up. And in a community, we get to share that together in a constructive way.”   ~ Lawrence Joss

Do you find yourself struggling to stay present with yourself and others? Are you getting really negative responses to your texts, emails, or in-person conversations? Do you feel that some days are just too hard, and you don’t know how you will make it through to the end of the day?

In today’s third episode, I will be sharing some of the incredibly useful tools that saved my life.

I still use them on a daily basis, and I believe that you will be able to take these tools and implement them into your life. Trust me – with these tools, you will make it through to the end of the day. If it’s time for you to start dealing with where you NOW find yourself in your family system, then these tools will help you to interrupt your ruminating thoughts, embody what’s happening, and act with composure, instead of dealing with conflict from a reactionary place.

Please come along and learn how to start the journey of healing yourself to heal your life.
