Dr. Mandy Cisler is a somatic therapist and coach, and the founder of the ‘Healing Framework’.  She is an expert on a mind/body integration approach that supports you in regulating your nervous system. In this episode of “Family Disappeared”, she will share the tools of the somatic approach so that you can learn to check in with your body before reacting to a trying situation.

Children model their behavior on their parents, so the stakes are worth it when it comes to learning how to emotionally regulate ourselves as adults.
