Dear Parental Alienation Anonymous Community,
As members dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment, it is essential that we uphold the integrity of our meetings through the adherence to established protocols. Creating a respectful and constructive space for everyone is our collective responsibility, as we aim to support recovery and healing.
Key Meeting Protocols
- Waiting Room: All meetings will have a designated waiting room to ensure a smooth entry process and to foster an atmosphere of safety for all members.
- Rotating Leadership: To promote inclusivity and shared responsibility, leadership roles within each meeting should rotate regularly. This practice encourages diverse perspectives and empowers all members to participate actively.
- Adherence to Meeting Structures: We ask all members to respect the organizational structure and format of the meetings. If you disagree with how a meeting is being run, we encourage you to consider starting a new meeting that aligns with your vision, following the available scripts and protocols.
Starting New Meetings
Feel free to utilize the free and open-source scripts available on our website. You can take any scripts that resonate with you and establish meetings that adhere to our organizational guidelines. Once your new meeting is in place and follows our protocols, we will gladly promote it in our weekly meeting emails.
Disruptive Behavior Policy
We take disruptive behavior seriously. If you receive a letter from the PA-A Service Board regarding disruptive conduct, you will receive one warning for your actions in affected meetings. Should disruptive behavior occur again, you may be asked to leave that specific meeting. We encourage you to explore other meetings within our community, as there are multiple options available.
Supporting Our Community
To maintain a positive environment for all, please help us uphold the safety protocols and meeting guidelines that have been put in place. Your cooperation and respect are vital for ensuring that our meetings remain safe, welcoming, and supportive.
Thank you for your understanding and commitment to fostering a healthy community in Parental Alienation Anonymous. Together, we can create a nurturing environment that benefits everyone involved in our recovery journeys.
