The secretary for this meeting will have several extra tasks to do weekly.
1-the secretary will email PA-A the reading, step and questions for the upcoming meeting. This will need to get done weekly by Monday, so it can be added as a link to the regular Wednesday email blast so new folks will have access to the questions & reading.
2-the secretary will need to post the weekly step, questions and reading in the chat at the start of meetings.
3-the secretary will need to keep an email list specific to this meeting so at the end of each meeting they can email questions and readings for the following week.
4-the secretary will need to update a word document weekly with that date readings, questions and step so everyone can reference this on the website.
