Finding Happiness Again

This blog was beautiful and cathartic to write. I never imagined that I would ever feel happy ever again when I first joined the program. Writing and journaling are key components of my recovery. When I feel directionless, emotionally swamped and in need of clarity in how to move forward, channeling my thoughts into the written word allows me to become unstuck. It also allows me to see my strength and growth, which is very empowering.
